Tech jobs are among the most plentiful and highly paid in today’s economy. Tech companies, including Google, Netflix and Twitter, account for one quarter of the value of the S&P 500. But women in tech don’t always have an equal opportunity to prosper. A new study shows that women make less than men doing the same tech jobs, and men still hold the majority of those jobs. Tech expert Omar Gallaga says one Texas city stands out as a top center for women in tech.
