Former U.S. Rep Steve Stockman is facing federal charges for violating election rules.

“The allegations center on a $350,000 donation to a non-profit – it was supposed to go to a Las Vegas non-profit called Life Without Limits – and according to the allegations Stockman diverted those funds to personal expenses and also to his 2014 campaign against John Cornyn.”
