Tyler Coggins and Camila Diaz are a pair Texas kids with a load of imagination. They created their own comic book, “Firewall,” with characters based on themselves.

“My character Hat Boy is a super genius. He made a button and one day his friend pressed it and it sucks them both into a video game”, Coggins says.

Boot Girl, based on Diaz, works at Hat Incorporation. Diaz explains the company makes hats with unique features: some shoot lasers, others can fly. But Boot Girl’s specialty is of course her footwear.

“Her boots are made of super technology that Hat Boy made. Whenever she jumps, she makes super sound waves that make cracks into the ground and throw people away”, Diaz says.

Diaz was born in Austin, where she says boots are really popular.

“Honestly, when I wear my boots I feel like I`m a part of everyone. Almost everyone in this place has boots”, she says.
