Austin is known for its plethora of festivals: there’s Austin City Limits, Fun Fun Fun Fest and SXSW, to name a few.

Coming up this weekend, the Capital City gets a rich taste of barbecue instead. For this one-day event, Texas Monthly magazine invited their list of top 50 barbecue restaurants from around the state to smoke and sell their own meats.
