Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg – what do they all have in common? For starters, they are some of the world’s most prolific tech innovators. But there is also something else: they are all white men. And for companies wanting to ensure that the best and brightest are propelling us into the future, that could be a problem.

“Companies are buying into it – companies are starting to make those changes,” he says. “But it has to be an entire organizational change. Everyone from the top down has to buy into the concept that diversity really does affect the bottom line.”
