If you’ve driven north on U.S 75 from downtown Dallas, chances are you’ve seen a huge, beige, warehouse with loads of cars filling up the parking lot.

Well, that building is the headquarters for the largest, family-owned chain of new and used bookstores in the United States, the third-biggest of any chain: Half-Price Books. One employee is working to change how customers see books.
