For Tim Hutchins of Hutchins BBQ, barbecue is the only business he’s ever known. Co-owners Hutchins and Dustin Blackwell cook up some of the state’s best barbecue from their locations in Mckinney and Frisco.
Hutchins BBQ has been a family-owned enterprise since 1978. Tim Hutchins took over the business from his father, Roy, in 2006.
“I’ve done barbecue business since I was, ya know, 16 years old,” Hutchins says. “That’s what we do man, cook barbecue.”
