Mike Howle’s grandfather Frank Wylie Austin grew up eating Uncle T’s chili in Baird, Texas. Uncle T never shared his recipe with anyone and he never wrote it down. Austin finally figured out the recipe after being sent on grocery runs by Uncle T himself.
