Just north of Austin lies one of the most important archaeological sites in North America: the Gault site. The new documentary “The Stones Are Speaking” tells the story of Michael Collins, the man who helped open the land to researchers.

Olive Talley wrote, directed and produced the film, now airing on PBS. She joins us with highlights.

San Antonio mayoral race heads to runoff

San Antonio voters narrowed a field of 27 mayoral candidates down to two this weekend. A runoff will determine who replaces outgoing Mayor Ron Nirenberg.
