An ode to the PSL
If being basic is wrong
I don’t want to be right
One sip of that Pumpkin Spice Latte
and I’m ready to buy a felt hat
to finally learn how to use
a curling iron
Suddenly I’m driving towards
the nearest pumpkin patch
hoping for the perfectly candid
opened mouth laughing photo
I’ll swing by Target on the way home
picking up that rustic chic
LIVE LAUGH LOVE sign
When the cinnamon high wears off
I’ll wonder how I came to be
wearing riding boots
& who bayalaged my hair
