Breweries are popping up all over Texas, each with their own unique style and flavors. That was the inspiration for Typewriter Rodeo’s Sean Petrie as he wrote this week’s poem.
Craft Beer
Dogfish 60
Or Velvet Hammer
Get me a pint
And quick – did I stammer?
Some IPA hops
Or some saison spice
Mmm, a Devils Backbone
Would sure be nice
Peticolas, Rahr
Or 512
And of course St. Arnolds
Always crafts a fine brew
I could sip them all day
It never gets old
Doesn’t matter which one
As long as it’s cold.
