Degenerative AI
i had a chat with chat
as one does when they’ve got time
and empty hands
it’s amazing to me to see AI
augment real relationships and friends
and as it evolves, it will show us
ourselves
when it no longer needs a prompt
to offer advice or help
when it predicts the ground swell
and offers new options for us to dwell
revolutions to quell, fears to dispel
and as the source code, we’ll already know
the answers we once sought
are wrought with rot
we can’t seem to create a way to sate
our own aches
so what do we expect our algorithms
to generate?
