What To Do On A Rainy Day
Oh perhaps we’ll watch
That Netflix show
The one saved in our queue
Ages ago
Or we could dust off the games —
Sorry, Parcheesi
Maybe even play Risk
If we don’t want it too easy.
How about that drawer
Filled with paints and brushes?
We could do a watercolor
Make that outside look luscious
Thirsty? Hungry?
We’re all stocked up
Let’s bake a pizza
Put some soup in that cup
So many indoor ideas
You could think of more, I bet
But we’ve been dry all summer —
Let’s go out and get wet!
