When you meet someone new you often take note of what they’re wearing, their hairstyle, and the kind of taco they order. But if you’re lucky enough to get a peek at what kind of car they left in the parking lot, you can learn a whole lot more about them.

What Your Car Brand Says About You

Oh you go in your Honda
Practical and thrifty
And yes your Mini-Cooper
“I’m stylish! And nifty!”

And that big rumbly Chevy
Says gas? Who cares!
And driving a Hummer
Means you like nasty stares

Sittin’ behind a Ford
Says patriotic and true
And Volkswagen means
I like my dashboards, blue

An Audi screams MONEY
I paid way too much!
Mercedes, BMW
Say “Look–but don’t touch.”

Yup each one of our cars
Can show what it means to be us
Just, oh, please
Stop talking ’bout your Prius
