At the Texas Tribune Festival last weekend, HUD Secretary Julián Castro seemed ambivalent about the intense speculation that he may be Hillary Clinton’s pick for vice president. And at a private fundraiser in Colorado, George W. Bush had this to say about a fellow Texan: “I just don’t like the guy.”
