You see it everywhere around Houston and other Texas cities these days, those drivers who just can’t seem to slow down. Maybe it’s that brand-new sports car weaving on the freeway. Or a pickup truck roaring through the neighborhood. And we’ve all seen the guy who speeds past to try to beat the red light.
In our in-depth feature, we look at the problem of speeding in the Houston region and whether road design encourages people to put the petal to the metal.
