And while adding more apps and tools to your daily routine might be intimidating, Gallaga says a good approach is having someone on your team designated to first learn the ins-and-outs. “Having one person that can kind of explore it and figure it out and then share it with everybody else is a lot easier than everyone learning something at the same time,” he says.
