Last week, a customer complaint against Apple went viral. It seems that some movies the user had purchased and downloaded from iTunes were now missing from his account. So, he took to Twitter to share both his complaint and what he considered to be an unsatisfying answer from Apple.
It turns out the movies weren’t really just missing. Our tech expert Omar Gallaga tells us that it can be a bit tricky knowing just what’s really ours when we buy movies, music or apps online.
