John Sigusa is the 16-year-old guitarist and singer for the indie punk band Sewerville, based out of Tyler, Texas.

The band’s other members include Saigusa’s friend Caleb Moran (bass) and his younger brother, Jack Saigusa (drums).

“We started out just messing around in a garage,” Saigusa says, “and Jack just came up and popped on the drums and we said ‘Okay, play this.’ He has a good sense of rhythm so he was able to pick it up pretty easily.”

“I’m in drumline,” Saigusa says. “We’re in the middle of football season, so we’re just playing for the football games every Friday night.”
