Musk says SpaceX and xAI will combine to build data centers in space

Two of Elon Musk’s companies are joining forces, creating the biggest merger in history.

Elon Musk announced that SpaceX and xAI will merge. The rocket company and the creator of AI projects, including Grok, could be worth more than $1 trillion.

Tech expert Omar Gallaga says Musk has plans to use the combined resources of his companies to build data centers in space.
