As the omicron variant of COVID-19 continues its rapid spread, many are desperate to confirm whether any possible symptom is an actual case. Unfortunately, getting an appointment for a test or finding a box of the at-home variety has been very difficult. That was the inspiration for this Typewriter Rodeo poem.
Testy? Me too.

probably yes

also probably yes.

My guess?
you don’t
Do I have one?
also no.
seems like the true test
here
and there
and everywhere
is finding the tests
we need
or don’t
because only a test
can tell us
if we need another test
to prove
we don’t need
any more tests
until the next time
we do
like maybe right now…

probably yes.
