Officials in Laredo provided more information Monday about what else they’ve learned about U.S. Border Patrol agent Juan David Ortiz and his confession that he killed four people. Ortiz is currently in jail being held on a $2.5 million bond.
Some Laredo residents are shaken by the murders.
